"It is with great pleasure that I strongly recommend the PCI ToolKit developed by CSR. We have been using the PCI ToolKit for almost two years and have over ten thousand of our merchants are enrolled on the system. We plan to have the remainder of our portfolio enrolled by the end of the year.

Merchants are introduced to PCI ToolKit through a series of letters which are effective in encouraging them to utilize the system and explain the reasons for PCI compliance. Following this, the PCI ToolKit wizard ensures that merchants are answering the correct Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) for their business. Merchants are then taken through a series of dynamic questions written for the seventh grade reading level which function as a way of identifying where there may be gaps in compliance. This is followed by a system-generated series of tasks based upon the initial questions that merchants complete. PCI ToolKit provides all policies that are required for each merchant. The integrated scanning is superb.
Reporting has been a complex challenge that the CSR team has been able to meet. We have multiple ISOs that work with us and we needed to be able to have our team deal with each of them and be able to assist them. In a collaborative approach, the teams worked out a business protocol that addressed each of the issues and increased our effectiveness.
From an administrative view, PCI ToolKit has provided us with the detail necessary to track our merchants, understand which merchants represent the greatest risk, the level of compliance of our entire portfolio and has given us the ability to drill down on an individual Merchant Identification Number (MID) basis to answer a specific question. This has been invaluable.
